This is from a vineyard the Berns bought and then grafted on to vines of the home vineyard. It has good acidity and intensity. Has a lovely marzipan and creamy stone fruit flavoured texture which has good acidity, a key part in this warm climate. This has a beautiful texture and palate richness. Bright and alive with great length. No oak in here and very little time on lees. The texture comes from the solids content during the fermentation. A really exciting new wine for WA.
